contractors in the city's residential areas trying to improve and expand their bugineggeg, and they <br />can't find an area in the City that will accommodate the sort of business which requires outside <br />storage of equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik further explained that these businesses do not fit the definition of a home business <br />because they are not operated in the home. As long as they are self-employed with no employees <br />they can bring their equipment home.
