CITIZEN INPUT

Bill Partyka, 6271 - 164th Lane NW, stated his property is Lot 5 and directly across the street
from Mr. Reichert. He stated an increase to the size of Mr. Reichert's current business would be
obtrusive and indicated the applicant currently violates the commercial enterprise in a residential
area. He said there is a present nuisance with employees coming to the property in the morning
hours and parking their vehicles on the street. He indicated there are two dump trucks on the
applicant's property and other large equipment and said the business is not set up for a residential
area. Constructing an oversized building on the property would change the dynamics of the
residential area and may decrease other property values. He stated opposition to the conditional
use permit.

Phyllis Olson, 16421 Uranium Street NW, stated her property is two lots from the proposed
building and said it would be a deterrent for the neighborhood. The building would allow for Mr.
Reichert's commercial business to expand in the residential area.

Sue Busse, 16275 Uranium Street NW, indicated investing $30,000 worth of landscaping to her
property and concern for its future value with the operation of a commercial business in the
residential area.

Beverly Steinhauser, 6320 - 164th Lane NW, indicated the proposed building site would be on
wetlands. She stated concern regarding the excessive speeding of Mr. Reichert's employees and
the usage of the residential road.

Jim Atkins, 16490 Uranium Street NW, stated similar concerns regarding the wetlands, the
building and the excessive speeds of Mr. Reichert's employees. He indicated Mr. Reichert
constructed a dirt bike track on his property and he has had to repeatedly ask them to cease racing
in the evening hours.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Wivoda, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to close the public
hearing at 7:52 p.m.

Motion Carried.
