Vehicular access points shall be limited and shall be designed to create <br />minimum conflict through traffic movements. At such time that hew <br />construction and expansion of existing uses are initiated practical <br />efforts should be made to eliminate multiple accesses on a single <br />parcel and to share vehicular access points with adjoining properties to <br />minimize the total number of access points within the district. <br /> <br />d.
