• <br />BROOKFIELD THIRD ADDITION <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY "), and <br />OAKWO.OD LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Minnesota corporation, whose address is <br />1611 Highway 10 NE, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 ( "DEVELOPER"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />VaMREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />• as follows: <br />Outlot A, BROOKFIELD FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-or upon recording- <br />Lots 1 -8, Block 1; Lots 1 -12, Block 2; Lots 1 -8, Block 3; Lots 1 -6, Block 4; Lots 1 -6, <br />Block 5; Lots 1 -3, Block 6; and Outlots A, B, and C, BROOKFIELD THIRD <br />ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, on May 8, 2007, pursuant to Resolution No. 07 -05 -_, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property, which plat is known as BROOKFIELD THIRD <br />ADDITION (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br />WIEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the preliminary plat for <br />Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER has received approval from the Metropolitan Council of <br />• the request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Subject Property's land use <br />Brookfield Third Addition. <br />Development Agreenent <br />Page 1 of 11 <br />—97— <br />
