Brookf.eld 3r Addition — Final Plat <br />IIary 3, 2007 <br />3 of 3 <br />Park D edication: The Park an ry d Recreation Commission reviewed the pre l , min plat at their <br />August 11, 2005 meeting and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash <br />payment. The current rate is $2,475.00 per unit. <br />Trait and 'Frail Fee: Trails along the Trott Brook and Nowthen Blvd were requirements of the <br />1' Phase of Brookfield. These trails need to be constracted as soon as possible. <br />Seger and Water Trunk Fee: The City of Ramsey and the Developer have entered into a <br />Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Cost Contribution Agreement dated March 22, 2006 (the <br />"Agreement''). Pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Agreement, sewer and water trunk fee obligations <br />for Brookfield have been satisfied. <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for all new lots <br />being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City's <br />release of the final plat for recording, The current rate is $416.00 per unit. <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May &, 2007 at the Municipal <br />Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive, to consider your request for final plat approval. A copy of the <br />case cover sheet and proposed development agreement is enclosed for your review.
