<br />Crest View Senior Communiiies: Site Plan Review <br />l.Ilarch 30, 2007, revised May 15, 2007 <br />Page 5 of5 <br />Park & Trail Fees: Per the Master Development Agreement for the TOV\7fi Center, there is a <br />$750/unit park and trail fee due to the City. In addition, there are the normal park and trail fees <br />of $2400.00 per residential unit and $4,738.00 per commercial acre. The fees were meant to be <br />taken care as agreed to in the Park and Trail Agreement dated April 28, 2005. The Master <br />Developer is in default under that agreement. Prior to [mal plat and final site plan, the <br />obligations for this site must be met. Staff will work with you to explore options on how this <br />obligation .will be met. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees, Stormwater Fees, Assessments: Sewer, Water, and <br />Stormwater Trunk Fees due for the project will be calculated based on the SAC Analysis for the <br />building, to be prepared by the Metropolitan Council. Also per the Master Development <br />Agreement, there is .aQ. assessment due on Outlot AA, Ramsey Town Center Addition in the <br />amount of $205,043.20 (final interest to be calculated on the date the assessment is paid). <br /> <br />REV Number: This property will be subject to a storm water utility charge. The quarterly <br />charge is dependent upon the number Residential Equivalent Units (RED) calculated for this <br />property. The REU number is 15.49, the 2007 rate per REU is $31.16, resulting in a quarterly <br />charge of $482.65. . <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive to review your site plan and sketch plan.
