<br />Movement of pedestrians from this neighborhood to other areas of the Town Center, especially <br />the core, is essential. The perimeter of all 3 blocks will continue to have sidewalks or trails that <br />are either interior to the site or a part of the Town Center trail system in road right-of-ways. The <br />site plan proposes a system of interior sidewalks that connect with the Town Center trail system. <br />Per the April 26 version of the Staff Review Letter, the May 7 version of the site plan provides a <br />sidewalk connection between Rhinestone Way and the sidewalk along East Ramsey Parkway. <br /> <br />Funding: <br /> <br />The Developer is responsible for all City costs incurred in processing the preliminary plat and <br />preliminary site plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends preliminary plat and preliminary site plan approval of the May 7, 2007 <br />version, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 26, 2007, <br />revised May I 7, 2007. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council grant preliminary plat and preliminary site plan <br />approval to Symphony at Town Center contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review <br />Letter dated April 26, 2007, revised May 17,2007. <br /> <br />cc: OS/22/07 <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Civil Engineer IT <br />Environmental Coordinator <br /> <br />-125- <br />
