Deferring the installation of I 56th Avenue and sewer and water infrastructure until the <br />second phase of the development to allow the cost to be spread over a larger <br />development area. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends maintaining the original requirement for the construction of 15 6th Avenue <br />N.W. and associated infrastructure in the first phase of development. Staff will be prepared to. <br />discuss Mr. Walz' request in more detail at the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to deny any revisions to the Development Agreement for the final plat ofNorthfork Office <br />Condos. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to approve a revision to the Development Agreement for the fmal plat ofNorthfork Office <br />Condos to require construction of l.56th Avenue N.W. during the fIrst/second phase of the <br />development project and to require/waive/defer the installation of sewer and water infrastructure in <br />the road right-of-way. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br />Asst.
