Deferring the installation of I 56th Avenue and sewer and water infrastructure until the <br />second phase of the development to allow the cost to be spread over a larger <br />development area. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends maintaining the original requirement for the construction of 15 6th Avenue <br />N.W. and associated infrastructure in the first phase of development.
