<br />WHEREAS, the final plat substantially conforms to the preliminary plat approved on June 28, <br /> <br />2006; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County has submitted comments and is willing to grant one, temporary access <br />to the two properties south of 146th Avenue on CSAH 5. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of GAD's Prairie in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 18,2007 <br />b) The eventual closure of the temporary access of Helium Street, at such a time when the street is <br />extended to developments to the north. <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement and Development Pennitwith the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22nd <br />day of May, 2007 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-200- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-05-_ <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
