<br />~ <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />City Council Work Session <br />Topic Report: Facility Rental Policy <br />By: Tim Gladhill <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As Council may recall, it was desired that staff bring to Work Session the Facility Use and <br />Rental Policy to discuss rental fees for outside groups. <br /> <br />Furthermore, as the building use has evolved, staff has recognized the need to revisit the policy <br />to provide fWilier clarification. Staff recommends that a fee be assessed for weekend and after- <br />hour use as well as a fee for use of the audio/visual equipment in the Alexander Ramsey Room <br />for outside users and to clarify building hours. <br /> <br />Included with this case are the proposed Facility Use & Rental Policy and the proposed Facility <br />Use Permit. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />Funding source not required. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />CCWS: OS/2212007 <br />
