The proposed irrigation <br />system will need to be reviewed m~d approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Mailbox Location: The placement of mailboxes for the towhome units should be located along <br />the private streets when possible. <br /> <br />Address Signage: The City will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the units <br />addresses) to be placed at the entrance of all private streets. The required signage will assist <br />emergency sezwices in locating a specific unit when called to the site. The address signage is <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable to the <br />proposed development. The total quarterly drainage utility charge for the development will be <br />provided at the time the City receives the necessary information. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2003, at Ramsey <br />Fire Station #2, to review >,our site plan. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your <br />information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any <br />questions that may m'ise.
