-136- <br /> <br />The SRF October 7, 2002 Traffic Study recommends closing the median crossover at TH 10 <br />and Feldspar Street. Mn/DOT may close this crossover as part of the Mill and Overlay project <br />in the spring of 2005. In addition, there are two more median crossovers between Ramsey <br />Blvd. and Sunfish Lake Blvd.; we will be deciding which or all' three of these to.close as part of <br />the Mill and Overlay project. <br /> <br />For questions during the design of the fourth .leg of the intersection, Please contact Jim Wiczek <br />(651.-634-2395) With any signal design concerns, Cassandra Isackson (651-634-2145) with any <br />'traffic concerns, or Pamela S eldon (651-634-2411) with any water resources concerns. <br /> <br />Please address all future correspondence for development activity such as plats, and site plans to my <br />attention at the address on this letter. Mn/DOT document subrn/ttal guidelines require'three (3) <br />complete copies of plats and two (2) copies of other review documents including site plans. Failure <br />to provide three (3) copies ora plat and/or two (2) copies of other review documents w/Il make a <br />submittal incomplete and. delay Mn/DOT's review and response to development proposals.
