Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if they could tighten that language. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik suggested that violation of condition ~4 could <br />jeopardize the motor vehicle sales license issued by the City. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that they could include that language. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to adopt <br />Resolution #02-12-311 adopting Findings of Fact # 0639 relating to a request from Todd Biaton <br />for an Interim Use Permit to operate .a motor vehicle sales lot, without the required site <br />improvements, for an interim period of time. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, and <br />Anderson. Voting No: None. Abstain: CouncilmemberKurak. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve <br />Mr. Todd Bialon's request for an Interim Use Permit to operate' a motor vehicle sales lot at 7751 <br />Highway #10 NW without the required site improvements, for an interim period of time, and <br />adopt Resolution #02-12-312 declaring the terms of the permit amending Condition ~4 to include <br />the following language "Violation of this provision or any other provision will be cause for <br />revocation of the motor vehicle sales license." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Abstain: CouncilmemberKurak. <br /> <br />Case #4: Report from the Public Works Committee <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee met on November 19, 2002 and discussed the following cases: <br /> <br />Update on Long Term Street Maintenance Program <br />Staff presented a schedule of the next three years for the annual street maintenance <br />program,?hich is constant with the Capital Improvement Program budget. Staff will be <br />preparing a feasibility study providing maintenance options for dirt streets.
