-272- <br /> <br />Subd. 6 DevelOpment Process Within Town Center Development Districts. <br />Any development proposed in the ToWn Center Development District shall adhere <br />to the following standards. <br /> <br />Compliance with City Code. In all reSpects, any proposed <br />development shall conform to other parts of the Ramsey City <br />Code, 'including, but not limited to Chapter 9, Zoning and <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with City Staff. Prior to making an official <br />application to the City for development of a parcel within the <br />Town Center Development District, the applicant shall meet with <br />City Staff to present the proposed development. City staff shalt <br />review the development with all relevant ordinances and ensure <br />compatibility with the intent and master plan of the Town Center. <br /> <br />Town Center Review Board. After meeting with City Staff and a <br />determination that proposal' meets City Ordinances and the intent <br />of the Town Center master plan, City Staff will forward the <br />proposed development to the Town Center Review Board. The <br />Town Center Review Board shall review the proposed project for <br />its compatibility with the Town Center Master Plan and design <br />standards and make a recommendation to the Planning <br />Commission and City'regarding the proposed development. <br /> <br />Necessary Review. Prior to beginmng any subdivision and/or site <br />plan review, the applicant shall receive a recommendation from the <br />Town Center Review Board. The Town Center Review Board <br />shall attempt to meet in a timely manner to expedite the review of <br />developments within the Town Center Development District. <br /> <br />Town Center District - dan.
