-280' <br /> <br />Council Action: Motion to make changes to Chapter 2 of the City Code "Council, Boards and <br />Contmissions" as discussed and drafted by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Case #4: Council Work Sessions and Committee Meetings <br /> <br />During the City Council meeting of NOvember 14, 2000, the City Council directed staff that <br />work sessions shall be cablecast. At the subsequent Council meeting of November 2000, the <br />committees were included as direction to staff to have cablecast.
