Member LeToUmeau expressed his enthusiasm when the prospect of redeveloping this comer, which includes his business. He suspects that the comer will be very different in a few years. He stated, that w,h/le he doesn't know how the Town Center will affect the area, he thinks there Will continuem, be a need for services there. He stated his business has been on the comer for 18 years, Super~alu .for 20 years, both providing a consistent tax base for the City, not to mention the j'"eb opP0rmnities. 'He indicated the other businesses feel the same.
