He suspects that the comer will be very different in a few years. <br /> He stated, that w,h/le he doesn't know how the Town Center will affect the area, he thinks there <br /> Will continuem, be a need for services there. He stated his business has been on the comer for 18 <br /> years, Super~alu .for 20 years, both providing a consistent tax base for the City, not to mention <br /> the j'"eb opP0rmnities.
