-30- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoptiOn: RESOLUTION #03-01- RESOLUTION ADOPTING COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES FOR 2003 WHEREAS, on December 14, 2002, the City Council approved the 2003 budget; and WHEREAS, the 2003 budget included a cost of living increase (COLA) of 3.5% with a 4% step plan witlx step increases occunSng on anniversary dates of employment; and WHEREAS, this Compensation plan is consistent with the percentages used for the cost of living increase (COLA) and step plan established in 2002. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE cITY OF RASMEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That it was determined that the 2003 Compensation Plan for non-union employees (a copy of which is available in the Human Resource Manager's office) should include a 3.5% cOst of living increase (COLA) and a 4% step plan with increases occun'ing on mmiversary dates of employment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloWing voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of January 2003.
