Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-02-XXX RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING HAKANSON ANDERSON AND ASSOCIATES TO PERFORM THE DESIGN AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 03-21, SUNWOOD DRIVE LIFT STATION NO. 5 WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as' an element of the 2003 Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, installation of all sanitary sewer Sunfish Lake Business Park have been installed as a Sunwood Drive Street and Utility Project; and facilities to serve the newly created part of Improvement Project 99-52, WHEREAS, the City has a development agreement that is signed by an interested party that would require the Lift Station to be installed to receive sanitary sewer service to the property that they are interesed in. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such contract documents and specifications are hereby ordered and'will be brought back to the City Council for approval prior to advertising for said improvement, and 2) Staff is hereby authorized to hire Hakanson Anderson to complete said contract documents pursuant to the attached letter. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted'by the Ramsey City Council this the 1 lth day of February, 2003.
