Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING HAKANSON ANDERSON AND ASSOCIATES TO <br />PERFORM THE DESIGN AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND ORDERING <br />THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT 03-21, SUNWOOD DRIVE LIFT STATION NO. 5 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as' an element of the 2003 <br />Capital Improvement Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, installation of all sanitary sewer <br />Sunfish Lake Business Park have been installed as a <br />Sunwood Drive Street and Utility Project; and <br /> <br />facilities to serve the newly created <br />part of Improvement Project 99-52, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has a development agreement that is signed by an interested party <br />that would require the Lift Station to be installed to receive sanitary sewer service to the property <br />that they are interesed in. . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications are hereby ordered and'will be brought back <br /> to the City Council for approval prior to advertising for said improvement, and <br />2) Staff is hereby authorized to hire Hakanson Anderson to complete said contract documents <br /> pursuant to the attached letter. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted'by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 1 lth day of February, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-143- <br /> <br /> <br />
