As previously planned, the Lift Station will be located in the southeast quadrant of the intersections of Azurite Street and Sunwo°d Drive. The Lift Station will provide service to the development along Sunwood Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Industry Avenue. As requested, the proposed project will include the plans and specifications, surveying, project management, construction staking and observation. We have also included a preliminary opinion of cost for the construction of the project. Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are confident we can provide high quality services at competitive prices. Our. estimated project costs are as follows: ESTIMATED PRoJEcT COSTS AZURITE STREET LIFT STATION A. Construction Cost (preliminary opinion) $90,000.00 B. Engineering Costs $13,500.00 C. Contingencies (5% of construction) $ 4,500.00 D*. Power Cost (Connexus Energy) $ 5,000.00 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COSTS: $113,000.00 *Based on tltree phase power. As discussed the City may want to consider the addition of a portable generator to the project as an alternate bid. Based on a 30KVA generator, which should handle any of the City's current Lift Stations, the estimated project cost would increase by $25,000.00.
