Consequences of Engaging in Inappropriate Conduct as a Board <br /> or Commission member <br /> <br />Board and Commission members who are found to engage in <br />inappropriate conduct while acting in their official capacity as a Board <br />or Commission member are subject to disciplinary action. Discipline <br />may include, but is not limited to, a verbal or written reprimand, <br />suspension or removal from his/her position from the Board or <br />Commission. <br /> <br />2.03.03 Organization, Meetings, Etc. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Regular and Special Meetings. Regular meetings <br />of boards and commissions shall be held with a date and time determined by the <br />Board or Commission. 'Special Board and Commission meetings may be called <br />by the chairperson, vice chairperson or any two members of the Board or <br />Colmnission as deemed necessary. <br /> <br /> 2.03.06. Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives is <br />DELETING Subd. 3 in its entirety, and amending Subd. 4.d. to provide as follows: <br /> <br />amended by <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
