-166- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #03-XXX <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the CitY to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City's Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, AEC ENERGY PARK FOURTH ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and terms <br />upon which the above-described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
