In order to better assess the impacts of <br />any recognized environmental condition or release at the Property, the Client is requested <br />to provide a description of the planned future use of the Property. · <br /> <br />The Scope of the Assessment wilt not involve tlxe collection and analysis 'of any type of <br />sample or survey with respect to structural engineering matters; environmental <br />regulations compliance, industrial hygiene, and health and safety programs; or asbestos- . <br />containing materials, radon, lead-baSed paint, lead in drinking water, wetlands, cultural <br />and historic resources, ecological resources, endangered species, indoor air quality, and <br />high voltage powerlines. The scope will not involve a title search (summarizing past . <br />ownership, leases,.land contracts, liens, and other encumbrances). At the Client's <br />request, Golder can expand the scope of the Assessment to include one or more of the <br />aforementioned environmental tasks. <br /> <br />Cost estimate <br /> <br />Golder will perform thc Assessment, within the scope of the Practice, on a lump-sum <br />basis for $ 2,745. The cost assumes that three copies of the Report will be provided to <br />the Client and a description of the planned use of the Property will be provided to Golder <br />for incorporation into the Report. The cost also assumes that the Client will be <br />responsible for obtaining authorization for access to the Property. All out of scope work. <br />requested by the Client will be billed on a time and materials basis. A copy of our <br />standard billing, expense, and equipment rental rates can be provided to the Client, upon <br />request. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />Golder can begin work on the Assessment immediately upon receiving written <br />authorization from the Client. We anticipate the Assessment and preparation of an <br />Assessment report (Report) can be completed in approximately twelve working days. If <br />requested, Golder will provide the Client with a draft Report for review. A final Report <br />will be made available to the Client within one week of receiving the Client's comments <br />on the draft Report. <br /> <br />Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />This proposal is presented pursuant to the Terms and Conditions dated 4/02 attacked to <br />this propbsal. <br /> <br />Please sign and return by facsimile' or mail the attached authorization form to provide us <br />wath authorization to proceed if this proposal is acceptable.
