University of~ Minnesota. <br />Her responsibilities include development/design of compensation systems under the <br />State pay equity legislation; contract negotiations, mediation and arbitration; grievance <br />arbitration; recruitment; and handling of complaints Under equal employment and <br />Americans with Disabilities legislation. <br /> <br />Judy Skauge's human resource experience includes six years as the Personnel Director <br />for the City of Moorhead, personnel manager with a manufacturing company, and training <br />and development coordinator and work management analyst in the health-insurance <br />industry.
