A determination will be made as to which candidates best meet the <br />qualifications deSired by the City. The oral examinations will be created specifically <br />for the City of Ramsey (Labor Relations Associates, Inc. does not develop ".Off the <br />shelf" exams for use in more than one jurisdiction.) The oral examination will be <br />consistent with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and will be conducted by <br />a panel to be selected by the consultant and the City.
