I <br /> <br />Street Supervisor Reimer replied that he would prefer that they stay with the 312 feet. <br /> <br />Chad Harrison, engineer for the developer, stated that 90 percent of the streets in St. LOuis Park <br />are 26 feet wide. With this development they are trying to develop something that is new :and <br />different. With the narrower streets there is less pavement to clear, therefore, reducing the <br />amount of snow storage that is needed. The issue of slowing traffic down is a reality.
