While the gun club is a legal, <br />nonconforming use of this property, any other commercial activity would be considered a non- <br />permitted use. Therefore, if the property is being used as a storage area or branch office, it is in <br />violation of City Code Section 9.20.11 (R-1R Residential District) and we. respectfully request <br />that this use be terminated. <br /> <br />Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this issue Or if you. have any questions regarding <br />this matter.
