The'latter stated~ that after receiving the notice the resident was struck by the.thought the. Planni;ngCommission and owner were trying to force the situation by providing such short notice. It'-indicated the land is already being used for commercial purposes without notice to residents, and is.~already in violation of the ordinance. It indicated the resident was concerned abi3Ut drinking water, in the area, traffic issues and safety issues involved with a commercial bUSiness operatin~?i;in a residential area. It stated that any pedestrian accident that: occurred Would be the divot Mr. Fredericks indicated his concerns were the same:i~s his neighbors. He stated that all. tho'~ surrounding residents were on wells, and the idea o:f')~pills of blacktop material poses a concern for him: He indicated the area contains a tot .o3f.
