Chairperson Nixt stated the plan says interior tre~e preservation would be difficult. He asked that <br />the developers work with City Staff to see maximize tree preservation. .. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon indicated there would be a tree preservation plan at the preliminary <br />plat stage. <br /> <br />Mr. Kangas added that the developers would be handling the landscape on the boulevards,, and <br />would maintain minimal control on landscaping provided by the individual owners.. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked how the developer feels about' eliminating, the trails next to-the abutting' <br />properties. <br /> <br />Mr..
