WHEREAS, on September 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat for <br />Villas of Meadow Point and tabled action on the preliminary plat until the October 8, 2002 <br />meeting in order to receive more information regarding the' plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminar) Plat of <br />Villas of Meadow Point and table action on the preliminary plat until the October 22, 2002 <br />meeting in order to received more information regarding the plat; and ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 11, 2002 the City received correspondence from the State of <br />Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (the ,EQB")stating that it had received a citizen <br />petition requesting that an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (the "EAW") be completed for <br />the Development; and ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 22, 2002 the City Council-reviewed the CitiZen Petition and <br />made a determination that no EAW is needed in relation to the Villas of Meadow Point <br />subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEERAS, on October 22, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary Plat of <br />Villas of Meadow Pointe subject to certain conditions; and ' . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 28, 2002, the City received application for the final plat of <br />Villas of Meadow Pointe; and · <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 26, 2002, the City Council reviewed the final plat of Meadow <br />Pointe and tabled consideration of the final plat to allow for property Ownership issues to be <br />resolved that affected the configuration of the final Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 23, 2002, the City extended the 60-day review period' in <br />accordance with Minnesota State Statute Section. 15.99 to expire on February 25, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as of the date of these findings, the City has not received any information <br />from the Developer stating that they have properly secured the right to develop the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secOnded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-237- <br /> <br /> <br />
