Because of the number of candidates being interviewed, each interview is expected to <br />last 10 minutes maximum. Under each question is a point scale for you to rate the applicant's <br />response to the question (with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). The scoring sheets will be <br />collected and the point values totaled for each candidate.
