Councihnember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br /> TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A vacancy exists on the Parks and Recreation Commission as of October <br />31,2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, several qualified candidates have been interviewed and considered to fill <br />the this vacancy; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the personnel committee has recommended that the vacancy be filled by <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to appoint to the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission for a first term ending 10/31/06. <br /> <br />The motion fbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereOf: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 18th day of February 2003. <br /> <br />\\RA_FS 1 \VO L, 1 \HmnanResources\Commissions\Park and Reck2003~Appt of Parks Corem 022503.case.doc <br /> <br />-263- <br /> <br /> <br />
