-268- Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 03-01 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffier was hired as a full-time Accounting Clerk for the City of Ramsey and began work on August 9, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffler has successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the Finance Officer; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25, 2003 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Accounting Clerk effective February 9, 2003. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City ofRamsey confi~TnS the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Accounting Clerk Jennie Loeffler effective February 9, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of February 2003.
