If Ramsey is successful in attracting The League of Conservation Voters Education <br />Fund's attention, the proposal will be brought to City Council for authorization to proceed with <br />program development. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is the Leagues RequeSt for Proposal and a brochure prepared for <br />by Dakota County.
