The developer is requesting that building permits <br />and certificate of occupancies be permitted for the first five townhouse structures (Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, Block <br />2 and Lot 5, Block 1) until the intersection upgrade of Highway #10 and Ramsey Blvd. is operational. <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler is supportive of the developer's request from a public safety standpoint. <br /> <br />ReCommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approved contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />March 7, 2003 and the Developer and the City entering into a Development Agreement. <br /> <br />It should be noted Ghat the Development Agreement is drafted to restrict building permits and certificate <br />of occupancies to the first five structures.
