CITY OF RAMSEY ' <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - sANDy ACRES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into bY.and betWeen the CITY OF.RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITy"), and MICHAEL AND <br />SANDRA SCHELKOPH, whose addresses are-702t 153rd Avenue NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />(the "DEVELOPER"). ~. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER are the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The SoUth Half of the South Half of the 'South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />EXCEPT Parcel 25, ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 16, <br />accroding to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, Block 1, Sandy Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 6, 2003, pursuant to Resolution #03-03- , the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as SANDY ACRES (the.
