-238- <br /> <br />Selected ProjeCt Experience <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Redevelopment Design Framework: A Strategy for South Robert-Street's Renaissance- City of <br />West St. Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />Maxfield Research Inc. worked with the team ofDahlgren Shardlow and Uban and Parsons <br />Transportation Group to provide the market demand and redevelopment potential analysis for <br />commercial uses along the South Robert Street Corridor in west St. Paul, Minnesota. A full- <br />scale planning analysis of the Corridor was completed and the market component identified <br />demand potential for various types of uses., quantified existing uses and identified oversupply of <br />specific types of uses and unmet market niches. Recommendations.were made focusing on two <br />distinct land use characters, .the North District and the South District of South Robert Street.
