A full- <br />scale planning analysis of the Corridor was completed and the market component identified <br />demand potential for various types of uses., quantified existing uses and identified oversupply of <br />specific types of uses and unmet market niches. Recommendations.were made focusing on two <br />distinct land use characters, .the North District and the South District of South Robert Street.
