-30- <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Authorizing the Sale of Outlot A, AEC Energy Park Fourth Addition, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that at the January 28, 2003 City Council meeting, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance anthorizing the sale of Outlot A, AEC Energy Park Fourth <br />Addition, which is located adjacent to the Anderson and Dahlen facility on Sunwood Drive. <br />Knoll Properties, LLC, the real estate holding company for Anderson and Dahlen, Inc. was <br />granted an option by the City to buy Outlot A as part of the 1999 TII:: agreement between the City <br />and Knoll Properties. That buy option expired on December 31, 2002, and it was not exercised <br />by tGmll Properties. A notice of sale was published in the Anoka County Union requesting <br />purchase proposals.
