<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is unclear the nature of the use of this property. There is significant greenhouse activity on the <br />parcel. However, the applicant has stated that no business activity is being conducted from the <br />residence or the property. <br /> <br />Staff is concerned that granting the request to construct an additional 9,840 square feet of <br />accessory structure square footage \\Till negatively impact the surrounding properties and the <br />residential nature of the neighborhood. Despite the assertion that the applicant is not conducting <br />any type of business from the property at this time, the construction of a total of more than <br />17,000 square feet of garage space significantly increases the likelihood that business will be <br />conducted in these buildings into the future.
