The Permittee shall be responsible for all inspection costs <br />incurred by the City related to the installation of the Required Improvements. The <br />Permittee shall make a cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account of the <br />City and the City shall have the authority to draw upon these funds for the <br />purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount of the deposit shall <br />be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required Improvements, <br />which equates to <br />This escrow amount shall provide surety for the cost of constructing storm sewer <br />and parking lot improvements. Upon completion of the required Improvements to <br />the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow <br />account shall be refunded to the Permittee. <br /> <br />15. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The City shall be responsible to provide the <br />financial assistance listed in Section 2.2 of the Development Agreement between <br />the parties hereto dated The payment for the Site <br />Improvements shall be made at the time a Certificate of Occupancy for the <br />Development Property is issued. These payments will be made to Permittee only <br />if all property taxes, City fees and charges on the property are current. <br /> <br />16. RECOGNITION OF LOCATION. The Permittee agrees to recognize the City <br />of Ramsey as the City of location on all of its forms of advertising and business <br />correspondence whenever reasonably prudent to do so. <br /> <br />17. OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee shall be responsible for <br />obtaining all required permits or licenses from all regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />18. AGREEMENT BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The Permittees agree that this <br />Development Permit shall be binding upon their successors and assigns.
