Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot is subject to the prior approval <br />of the City Engineer and shall be designed so as to defleCt light away from all adjacent parcels. Bulbs <br />emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens (150 watts) shall be so directed that the bulb is not visible from off of <br />the property where such light source is located <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the building' exteriors in accordance wkh the <br />Exterior Elevations prepared by Lampert Architects, dated February 7, 2003. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. No <br />building permit' for the Site will be issued until the permittee has: a) signed and returned this <br />Development Permit; b) provided the required cash deposit for inspection' fees in accordance with Item <br />#6 of this Permit; c) provided the City with a copy of the Grading and Drainage Permit issued by the <br />Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. No Certificate of Occupancy for the structure will <br />be issued until: a) the Required Improvements are performed according to the site plan and accepted by <br />the City b) the required Lift Station is operational and accepted by the City <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION sCHEDULE. The Required Improvements shall be completed <br />before April l, 2004. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION.
