Oakwood would construct fencing on their east property lines to discourage trespassing onto <br />their respective pastures. That letter of understanding will be referenced and attached to the <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />There is an existing homestead on Lot 13, Block 4 that will be incorporated into the plat as an <br />urban lot.
