The estimated cost is based on the scope of services provided. <br />l't is understood that if the scope or the extent of work is ;idjusted at any time, the project <br />cost will be adjusted accordingly, upon your approval. <br /> <br />We propose to be reimbursed for our services on an hourly basis at a rate of 2.5 times <br />salary cost for the actual time expended, for the out-of-pocket expenses (printing; <br />reproduction, etc.) at cost and mileage will be billed at a rate not to exceed the IRS <br />allowance for business miles. Invoices would be submitted on a monthly basis for work <br />performed during the previous month, with payment due within 30 days. <br /> <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />A signed copy of this proposal or a separate letter Of author/zation returned to this office <br />will serve as notice to proceed.
