This should be accomplished before the required pre-construction meeting for the grading activities. Easements. In accordance with City Code, the standard 10 foot drainage and utility easements (5 feet on common property lines) are identified on the final plat. As noted in Item #7, the wetlands have been appropriately delineated and encumbered with drainage and utility easements. All utilities are protected with a mi~mum 20 foot drainage and utility easement. This provision is subject to change depending on the depth of the utilities. A 40-foot easement is shown over the entire length of the trunk facility. A 20 foot access easement is required between Lots 5 and 6. Utilities. The development will be served by municipal water and sanitary sewer.
