Density Transitioning and Landscaping. The final plat submittal was deficient of a Final Tree Plan. The Preliminary Tree Plan dated November 5, 2002, was determined to be sufficient provided the location of tree save fences was added. City Staff will be requesting a Final Tree Plan. The final plan should also identify the size and species of the trees to be added to the site. Coniferous trees must be at least 6 feet in height and deciduous trees are required to be at least 2.5 inches in diameter. The Development -117-
