CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO AMEND 2003 BUILDING PERMIT, PLANNING AND <br />ZONING FEES <br /> By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On March 11, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to amend the building <br />permit, planning and zoning fees to include an administration fee pertaining to the <br />handling of tree and sod escrows.
