-136- <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE <br />ORDINANCE #03- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND 2003 BUILDING PERMIT, PLANNING AND <br />ZONING FEES. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Chapter 3 (Council Procedures) and Minnesota Statutes 462.353, <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Section 2.
