Norman <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15~53 Nowthen Boulevard NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303-6140 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Norman: <br /> <br />Per our Agreement dated January 17, 2003 for consulting services to assist the City of <br />Ramsey in identifying and implementing strategies related to positive land-use and <br />transportation improvements within the TH#10 Corridor, the original Agreement amount <br />of $10,000 has been expended. <br /> <br />This letter serves as a request for authorization to continue work and complete the <br />remaining [asks as agreed upon in that Agreement in the amount of' $8,000. <br /> <br />A great deal of work has already been completed as outlined in the at-[ached memo. <br />Upon your approval, work wilt continue as scheduled.
