introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-03-XXX RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $18,000 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO FUND THE COST OF CONSULTING SERVICES OF THE TINKLENBERG GROUP. WHEREAS, The Tinlenberg Group submitted a proposal to City Council regardingland use and transportation improvements within the TH#10 Corridor in the amount of $18,000; and WHEREAS, City Council authorized staff to obtain the services of The Tinklenberg Group at its meeting of January 28, 2003, for an amount orS10,000; and WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, City Council authorized the remaining $8,000 for The Tinklenberg group to complete the remaining tasks as agreed upon in. the contract; and WHEREAS, Funding for the consulting services needs to be transferred from the Council Contingency Fund to the 2003 budget of the Community Development Department Professional Services line item in the amount of $18,000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes staff to transfer $18,000 from the Council Contingency Fund to the 2003 General Fund Budget of the Community Development Deaprtment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of March 2003.
