The company has <br />interest in the large lot in Sunfish Lake Business Park. Staff has met with the site <br />selection team for this company and there is certainly interest in locating to Ramsey. <br />They also have put an offer in for the Cornelius building in Anoka. Stay tuned. . . <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - A precision tooling company that is interested in a site that could <br />accommodate 150,000 S.F. <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - Medical product manufacturer; size unknown. <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - Manufacturer in the rotary market; size unknown <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - Manufacturer in tools and plastics; size unknown <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - Machine Shop; size unknown. <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - A law firm is interested in constructing a 10-15,000 SF office <br />building. <br /> <br />Panther Precision - Panther continues to express interest in acquiring the site adjacent to <br />its existing facility. <br /> <br />Plastic Injection Mold Company - Staff has submitted a proposal to a 100,000 Square <br />foot project. Protomold has decided to locate in Maple Plain (its current community) and <br />this prospect is no longer viable. <br /> <br />Artic Cat - Artic Cat is moving its corporate offices to the Twin Cities Metro Area. <br />Staff, along with Anoka Partners, has sent a proposal to meet with this company.
