St. Hilaire <br />and Mary A St. Hilaire, husband and wife, herein referred to as the "Landowners", and the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, I a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, hereinafter tferred to as the "City", <br /> <br />The Owners are the fee title owners of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of <br />Ramsey, County of An~ka, State of Minnesota, described as: That part Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Beginning at no~east comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence <br />westerly along the nortr line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of <br />360.0 feet; thence sou11h.easterly to a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter a ~~tance of 500.0 fi. eet southerly of the north~ast co~er of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southejt Quarter; thence northerly along the east lIne of SaId Southeast Quarter . <br />of the Southeast Quarte~ to the point of beginning. . <br /> <br /> <br />The Ciry is desirous o~ receiving an easement across the Parcel for general public use as a <br />pedestrian and bicyclisr pathway and drainage/utility, and Owner(s) are willing to grant such <br />easement. <br /> <br />Accordingly, in consideration of the foregoing premises and agreement herein contained, it is <br />hereby agreed by and among the parties hereto as follows: <br /> <br />1.
